This Farm is located approximately 6 miles NE of Dalhart. As you will see in the photos, the land lays mostly level all across the farm. The farm is well watered with 15 irrigation wells. Several of these wells are drilled to the Dockum Aquifer formation. There is adequate water to double crop a significant portion of the farm with wheat silage followed by corn or other summer crop. The farm has paved access and has been meticulously maintained by the current owner.
